How PriceWise India earns, in full

1. Every store link here is an affiliate link

When you tap “Buy on” or a store name, you leave PriceWise and land on the store's own page or app. If you then buy something — that product, or anything else in the same session within the network's own attribution window — the store pays us a commission out of its margin.

You do not pay it.Your bill is the store's bill. We add nothing, mark nothing up, and hold no payment at any point.

2. Which networks we belong to

• Amazon India: Commission is paid out of Amazon's own margin on qualifying purchases. Amazon Associates Operating Agreement
• Flipkart: Tracking is carried by the affid parameter; the price you pay is Flipkart's price. Flipkart Affiliate T&C
• Meesho, Myntra, Ajio: These stores run no self-serve programme, so the link is converted by a licensed network. Cuelinks Terms

3. Money never touches the ranking

The order on every page is the delivered price — listed price plus that store's shipping. No store can buy a higher position, and no store can pay to have a competitor removed. If two stores tie, the tie is broken on delivery speed and then alphabetically. We publish no paid placements and no sponsored strip.

4. What we refuse to do as a publisher

• • No pop-ups or pop-unders to hide an affiliate link — prohibited by the Flipkart Affiliate terms.
• • No presenting an affiliate link as a cashback or money-transfer offer, and no invented gift claims.
• • No bidding on a marketplace's trademark in search ads, and no store name inside our domain.
• • No scripts that add items to your cart, and no automated scraping of a marketplace or a network — scraping is also prohibited by the Cuelinks terms.
• • No fake or incentivised reviews. Reviews are read by a person before anything is published.
• • No claim that any marketplace endorses, sponsors or is affiliated with PriceWise — it is not.

5. The rules this disclosure answers to

• • Amazon Associates Operating Agreement, s.10 — the verbatim statement above.
• • Flipkart Affiliate Programme T&C — disclosure of data practices, no pop-ups, no cashback misrepresentation, no trademark misuse.
• • Cuelinks Terms — the publisher warrants compliance with “the disclosure of a material relationship inherent in the links on your Publication website”.
• • ASCI Guidelines for Influencer Advertising in Digital Media — disclosure must be “upfront and prominent so that it is not missed by an average consumer”.
• • CCPA Guidelines for Prevention of Misleading Advertisements and Endorsements for Misleading Advertisements, 2022 — disclosure of material connection, and due diligence before endorsement.
• • Consumer Protection Act, 2019 — misleading advertisements are actionable, and silence about a material connection is capable of being misleading.
